low usage for business - any one help?

I'm looking for a non contract [unless its a 30 day type] deal or sim/phone combo to give to my staff who have to loan work. 2-300 mins a month, low texting - using to ring office to stay safe while working
I like the idea of the 30 day contracts because I can keep an eye on the calls made are for work only. Company needs to be invoiced so I cant get 30 day ones on a personal basis. Phones must be very cheap and simple, with NO camera,
Tried the MSE search tools and googling for a while but getting lost in the reams of info. Can anyone help out please?

The cheapest sim only business 30 day contract i have seen is on Voda £17.02 a month .

T-Mobile offer 30-day SIM Only Business contracts, with 100 mins & 100 texts and a flexible booster - which could be unlimited landline calls (so they can ring the office) for £10 a month. Here's a link - Click 'Pay Monthly - choose your minutes and texts', and then £10. Or, for £15, they can have 350 minutes, 300 texts, and again a flexible booster - which could be unlimited landline calls again.
