Could anyone advise me on buying a dongle.
I want one that will work in Portugal and don't know which network to use. I want a PAYE. Does anyone know if I should purchase in UK or wait and purchase in Portugal. I have read conflicting reports on which work best.

With roaming charges taken into account, its probably a good idea to do some research on the cost of buying one locally which is already on the network. Good sources to ask questions like this are on the ex-pat forums
