What else can I do? Any Ideas?
Are you able to prove there are some blatant lies in his/her story?
Do you have a strong case?
If so, then you need to document you case with words and pictures.
This might mean going back to the site to get photos.
You need to present this to your insurer (I would send recorded delivery for 75p) then you need to keep chasing them.
If they aren't providing you with a decent service then make a formal complaint through the formal complaints procedure (again send recorded delivery for 75p to avoid the letter "getting lost"). If that fails then you have the option of going to the independent and free ombudsman.
You do need something compelling though.
Imagine you are in the posistion where you don't know which side is telling the truth.
You need to have a convincing argument.
If you don't have this, then I'm afraid you just have to accept that no-one can tell the other person is lying so it's going 50/50.
If you feel really strongly then make your next car investment one of those cameras.0
