I have had this problem this week. A person has sent me an email twice and I have not received it.
I changed my settings manually as stated by Virgin (I use Outlook). I have also check via webmail what was in the spam folder and its not there!

Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!
