Hi, I've just been looking through my online bank statement and noticed I have a direct debit exiting every month to "Policy Admin Servs" to the tune of £9.99, and being honest I had no idea what this was for!! Bit of Googling later and it appears to be for mobile phone insurance. Now this is for a phone that I no longer have (contract expired and switched to another contract elsewhere).
Can I simply just cancel the direct debit and be done with it??
Only I don't want to cancel the DD and have them try to take a payment and end up with a blip on my credit report. As I have possibly changed address and phone number since this account was setup they would have no way of contacting me.
Cheers!
