M & S 37" full HD 1080p TV deal - £399

Can anyone advise if this seems a good deal please? Need a new TV and like the fact this has a 5 year warranty, free delivery and installation. Not a clue about the spec - seems OK to me?

Any help appreciated!

    Great food hall, magnificent customer service, but rubbish for TVs! I have yet to read a good review. As far as I know, most are rebadged, on par with Alba, Goodmans etc., although I do stand to be corrected.

    You can buy a branded 42" 1080p HD set for that money, and if you apply the sale of goods act correctly then you can easily get a 5 year warranty out of the manufacturer.

    SoGA isn't a warranty and won't apply to the manufacturer, it is applied to the retailer.
