Why not write a *polite* letter to head office stating how long you have been paying for their service, and the problems you have encountered? You would probably get a better reply from the above heads and they're the ones that make the decisions anyway so they won't have to go above anybodys head to replace your computer.

Otherwise you can go to bowlers computer fair (you said you go to topshop in Manchester, i assume you live in/near manchester too) on a saturday in Trafford park and ask one of the computer stalls there to have a look at it for you and then get them to write you a letter stating that it is (hopefully) not a software problem, this should cost you less than £10. Then show the second opinion letter to the tech guys company and demand they either fix your computer or replace it.

No. Simply telling you of my problems in the past year. I only just joined a few days ago so put my problems that iv currently gone through up at once. thats all . Some people are acting as if im going out of my way to complain which im not. I have just put up my current issues this year at once as i have only just registered. Thats all.
