Not necessarily. Turn the computer off and on again and then run another Full Scan. Post the new log. If all of the entries are still there, try KillerWatt's suggestion here.

Maybe you need to restart in safe mode then run the scan or if possible start in DOS and run a scan if you have the necessary software?
Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

I can try in safe mode. Do you think theres still a problem then? The scan said no malicious items detected.

    Goodness....

Maybe we should start with the BHOs.

Open Internet Explorer 8. Then click on Tools then Manage Add-ons. Then Toolbars & Extensions. One by one click on any of the entries that corresponds to one of the below and click on the Disable button.
    O2 - BHO: Yahoo! Companion BHO - {02478D38-C3F9-4efb-9B51-7695ECA05670} - C:\Program Files\Yahoo!\Companion\Installs\cpn\ycomp5_3_19_0. dll
