Hiya all,

I entered competition ages ago and haven't got my code email...so I contacted Next and got the reply below? anyone else had same problem?????:( I don't know what email link they are talking about there was nothing on email!

I entered the Bounty contest in conjunction with next for 'Celeb Dad of the Year' and was supposed to get a code for £10 off £20 spend and free delivery, I know some people who entered and received their code by email but I haven't had mine yet?

i need help please!
i used my code no problem but the item needs to go back dosnt fit
couldnt use code again for the ones im keeping put of 2nd order
ive rung next and they were useless and said no the code cant be transfered!
what can i do

Take the item back to the shop and say you where brought it as a present and they should give you a credit note or a refund card. hth

in my house at the moment i have the origional trousers that need to go back,that i used the code for. plus todays order for the trousers i need to keep. so i dont see how taking them back will help. the guy on the phone from next said it was for 1 order only and it didnt matter that the item was being returned. i guess its all going to have to go back cos i cant afford the camo trousers with out the code
