Nothing would happen to your account online, that is separate and they won't access that when you are instore..

they should definitely allow a swap/exchange.

Happens to me all the time with body shop stuff bought online when they have their glitches..

ok, lol, so i return all that came in 2nd parcel,including the ones i want. i go instore with the 1st trousers say they were a gift and can i exchange for something else.
do i not take my invoice or anything in with me?
this is all providing the shop has the ones i want lol

If I was you I would return the 2nd order tht youve paid full price for. Then I would return the trousers you dont want to a shop without invoice, say they were a gift and ask for a credit note as there is nothing you want in the shop. Then I would go spend the credit note in the sale. Easy Peasy!!!

good idea,though it was these cropped camo trousers i wanted. im just wondering if the code would be applied,as on line all the items are on one statement though with 1 different invoice number
