    You have to click through the e-mail they sent, then a box appears to put your pin number in.

    oh thanks and what about the free delivery code? does that go into same box? its not showing the £10 has come off still trying to charge me 24.95
    have now given up smoking since feb 13th 2014 loving the money I'm saving

    No.

    You input the code when you input you account number / e-mail / date of birth to log in - they are all part of the same log-in.

    If you have gone past there, log out, clear your cookies, select your items again and log in again entering your code.

    thanks, i did see box in log in section and added it but it said i cant use it and its the 1 off hukd

    It just worked fine for me. There are a few on HUKD - have you tried a different one? Yet again I was going to buy something for me but ended up buying for the kids. Ah well at least they always look nice even if I am tatty.

    lol same here i looked for me then ended up buying for kids. i could only find the 1 code which is the 1 in the link above thanks anyway
