sale of goods act 1979

just a quick one can anyone point me in the direction for a templete letter for the sales of gods act as im trying to get a replacment PS3 as a few weeks ago i had the so called ylod tried sony but no help what so ever

    I have no idea what your talking about "ylod" !

    Don't use a template. Write your own.

    Make sure you understand it before putting pen to paper. It's normally those that quote it that don't really know what it means.

    How long have you had the PS3? If it's more than a couple of years old the SOGA isn't really going to help you too much.

    ps3 is 18 months old was going to write my own but was going to post it today before i leave for work in 10 mins because it's the only time im going to get till sunday now

    the so called ylod is a fault of ps3 that well just stop it from working bit like the ring of death that the xbox 360 had however microsoft took the hit and agreed to fix or replace the xbox unlike sony:mad:

    Your contract is not with Sony. Quoting SoGA at them will not help.
    It could be, Sony have a string of high street stores and their own online store as well.

    If it was bought elsewhere then you are right.
