  • Same here.. it was so annoying late last night and really tired and trying to input onto accordian and the type appearing (ages??) later... wish the system would be changed a little:)

I had the same problem (see earlier post). I sent an email explaining the problems I have experienced but have had no response. So I guess they really aren't bothered.

Just went and done a batch of Gap stamp jobs, one of the locations was closed - didnt even have a note in the door to say why. Was a branch located within a convenience store, so maybe not the clients fault but that of the store owners. Have contacted Gap, but I'm guessing they will ask me to re-visit on another day for free? Have said I am happy to revisit for a further fee, anyone know how Gap handle closed locations?

I'm sure it varies but if you look back a page at post 632 and 638 it may give you some answer..!!!

In the past I've emailed them and said I visited in good faith, it wasn't my fault it was shut, and they have paid me the fee (but not the reimbursement) no questions asked.

I did 5 of these jobs yesterday, and 3 the day before. In a couple of the jobs yesterday I could see their screen. When they entered my details, a list of the other stores I had done came up, clearly showing that I had made an enquiry at several other stores. What normal person goes into 8 different travel agents in 2 days for a quote :rotfl:. I got the floor show after that, too :D

Hello to everyone by the way . I've been MSing for 3 years now, I normally just read but had to post about my experiences yesterday
Aah, that explains why both stores that I shopped yesterday called me back today, and those that I did 2 weeks ago didn't call at all!!

grrrr i am such an idiot. just done a quick supermarket before 5 and realised that this month it is after 5  will have to wait for traffic to die down then go back. at least its only a few miles away and i ensured i went with a list so only bought stuff i actually needed. think i will just buy myself a curry for dinner instead on the second visit! annoyingly it was not the one 30 seconds away from my house as that would be no effort at all!

I've just done 3 of these shops - could have sworn they all said between 5-8 pm when I selected them, but just logged on now to fill in report and one of them says between 12 and 5 pm. Did it just after 5  Any suggestions on how to proceed bearing in mind they are off for a long weekend? Should I just fill in the report anyway? First job for this company...... hopefully won't be the last :(

What is the time on your receipt? If its only a few minutes past 5, claim you were in on time and the clock on their till is wrong ..... or the queue was sooo long it was before 5 when you joined it?

i'd be a bit worried to do that incase they checked cctv. mine was ok as i could go back but obv you cant do that :( was amusing as service not great on first visit and was served by same person and it was even worse!

i would prob just fill in the paper qu and send them an email marked urgent. doubt anyone would do anything with the report so i personally would not fill it in online until i heard back from them.

i have never made an error with tns before so dont really know what they would prefer

I loved the 'bottom slapping' cafe alert TG, it really made me smile. It just goes to show how much we take in from an advert even if we don't realise it, doesn't it? :D

When I said just after 5, it was actually nearer 6 pm :o so would have to have been the longest queue ever. Will send an urgent email and wait to see what they suggest. At least I got the other two done at the right time.....
