Slightly OT but can anyone with a Halifax current account help me?

Since they changed the log-in system, I can only see transactions for the past month.

Is there any way to view transactions beyond that?

On the main home screen, click "My paper-free documents" - I can see all my statements from up to 2007, I think anything after that you have to order from the branch.

It's only the log - in system that's changed for me - everything else appears to be exactly the same as before, and I can go back and see transactions from early March, so that's strange that yours is different.

I've checked Natalie's account too and hers is still the same, apart from the log-in page.
    ;)
  • If an assignment says you musn't take anyone with you, am I right in thinking that includes babies? There are some jobs local to me that need doing tomorrow. I'm not desparate to do them but could as they need doing and aren't far from me, however I have my 6 month baby with me. Tried calling the MS company but it says call back in office hours (thought it was within that!!!)
    The MS company is RE.
    Thanks

    Hi Monkey

I am very interested in working as MYSTERY SHOPPER, how and where do I apply

Not sure about your question,, if you are just shopping I dont see any reason why you can't take a child, as long as you can still do the job in question. I work for Tesco and we woudln't know any different if a MS shopper came in with a child, infact they would blend in more

    Hope it helps

Hi Karen, if you look at the first page of this thread it lists lots of companies that are worth applying to - that should be enough to get you started!

Good luck and keep us posted :)

The Ms Company and the Client make the rules not the shopper.. unfortunately for us...! many of the briefs say to shop alone to ensure we don't get distracted. (or maybe so we don't spend too much....:))

  • Just got back from my first ever ESA shop and the store was closed for a refit . Knew how difficult it was to get these jobs so had accepted one 30 miles away. Anyway, they were very apologetic and said they will pay me for the failed shop and want me to do it again next week.

Want to get in their good books, so will probably do it, even though it's another 60 mile round trip and little profit. What I'm wondering know is if it's worth cheekily asking if this might speed up the self-allocate process i.e. counting as two shops towards this (as long as I present an excellent report too)? Or is this a no-no? Don't want to burn my bridges by being cheeky :D

I seem to be doing anything and everything with ESA to try and get the self allocation privilege! Still to no avail! Has anyone asked and actually got anywhere? If so, who did you ask? I'd be very grateful if anyone could feed back.
