Got to order 2 specific drinks and 2 specific meals. How stupid is that?
There are three in my area. (i think a couple got taken) but for reinbursment only. Thats the worst job i've seen on there so far.
I avoided the one in my home town for the few weeks it was on the website as it wasn't worth it.
The day before the assignment end date I then got a phonecall from RE begging me to do it and offering to pay me a very generous fee plus the reimbursement. They also changed the date for me (to the very last date available for the reporting period). My sister and I had a lovely lunch out which we thoroughly enjoyed!0 -

Is anyone else having problems getting on to RE's site?
Can get on it, but nearly threw my laptop against the wall trying to complete a questionnaire last night. Took nearly 2 hrs.
I was typing and the text eventually appeared two minutes later. To make it worse, the short (5 min) visit was 'eventful' so needed to write loads. Seriously thinking of forgetting about RE altogether.
Anyone else have this problem? Maybe it's a browser thing? Using explorer btw - used to be ok until recently.January 2012 GC £296.96/£3000 -

a) Spend 2 hours doing RE reports for a measley fee.
b) Stop accepting RE assignments.
Guess which one I went for?0 -

I'm the same as MG. I had same problems time after time until I finally said "This is ridiculous for a paltry fee" I haven't done work for RE for months. I get calls begging me and I tell them why I won't do work for them anymore but they obviously don't take on board our feedback. They continue to offer half the price of other reputable companies for over three times the work and time and they continue to have technical issues.0 -

I agree with your sentiments.
RE must be my least favourite company to work for (apart from IMS:(). I pick up the occcasional RE MS job, just to keep my MS account "active" because (as has been said elswehere in this thread), you never know what might happen in the future.0 -
Hi guys.
I've never been in this thread before but i need some advice. I did a bit of mystery shopping a few years ago but didn't earn much. I was already registered a self-employed because i used to do the occasional bit of freelance work in the television industry.
I have received a letter from HMRC asking for proof of my self-employed income from my tax return for the year 2008-09. i only earned £35 profit all year from 6 MSing jobs and none from other self-employment because i didn't do any freelance work that tax year. I have kept the receipts from the mystery shopping jobs i did but i can't find how to send them proof of my payments from the MSing companies.
my question is how do i send the tax office the information they need? thanks for any help you can give.Aiming to pay off £50,312.94 in less than 3 years - Starting from December 2015

Are you able to get copies of the bank statements showing the payments - obviuosly blank out anything you don't want HMRC to see, after all they only want to know about the MS. Send them to HMRC.0
