I'd presume so, because i'm still waiting for my Paypal payment and as far as I know there is no 'Clearing' time for these, once a Paypal payment is made then it's there.0 -
I just don't know how they seem to have so much information. As I say, I work in retail and we have no idea what question is likely to be asked by the mystery shopper. We do know what month is will take place (we only have them every other month) but noidea of when in the month.look_after_the_pennies wrote: »I've noticed that the DIY stores have "huddles" where they are briefed on different scenarios which funnily enough us mystery shoppers then come in and test them on. I know this as I've seen their briefing notes hanging up in the relevant areas where we test them on!
The DIY store that pennies mentions clearly has the MS questions tied in with their "huddles." I have also seen the huddle notes hanging in the product area on more than one occasion. The client clearly expects the SAs to know their stuff when we ask the questions in the the brief. It could be that the client is evaluating the effectiveness of their on-the-job training methods.0 -
I'm sure my DIY store know that I'm the mystery shopper. Halfway through my first visit, as I asked a daft question, I could see the girl's brain suddenly click. Two minutes later, as I browsed, she walked past with the supervisor and two other assistants. When I got to the checkout the supervisor appeared from nowhere to open a till just for me. As long as they don't say anything then I don't care.
And my Helion payment went in today. :T0 -

I'm still waiting on Helion payment and I'm with Halifax.
Max said they were all processed on Friday so we need to be patient.
I know some banks and building societies are a lot quicker than others. I will start to panic if it doesn't show up as pending by Friday.0 -
Hi all,
Helion pays all bank transfers at the same time. 5 working days is a rough estimate for all banks but it can be different for all your banks. Payments were made on the 20th, today is the 25th. In those 5 days there has been a weekend (two non working days) also in Belgium and most of Europe we had a Bank holiday yesterday (1 non working day). So as you can see it has been 3 working days including today. I suggest you can call you bank and ask them how long it would normally take to get transfers from the ING Bank Belgium.
If you want me to look into any of your payments then please send me an email at the END of this week if you still have not received it.
As you can see some people have already got the payments through, so they are on their way. I appreciate that it is important to be paid but a bit of patience is needed from some of you.
I hope the sun is continuing to shine where you are and that I will speak to you soon.

I don't wish to be rude, but I don't see you answering the questions?
What I do answer I know the answer too and if you bother look back over the threads you will see I answer when i'm online which is rare because reading comments like yours (i.e. the one quoted above) are a total waste of time and not even factual.
I just noticed more and more that simple questions were getting unhelpful answers and that stops new users ever getting involved in this forum. I have lurked for ages and answered very sporadically but comments like yours above are the reason its not worth coming and posting more often.
I never said sarcasm should be banned, i said it should be scaled down to allow new members to get involved and not to think that a small group of posters are a little over protective of a public forum.0 -
There you go, straight from the horse's mouth!
Unfortunately sun no longer shining.Summer is over.
