And I'll tell you what else annoys me about those jobs - the products where it says "N/A - No Product. Leave price as 0.00" and yet at the end you have to manually override every one (I had 10 in one list just now) it 'cos the price can't be left at £0 GRRRR

Yes - they do like making more work for us...............

It's not been so bad when you're just doing a couple - but on this amount it's driving me nuts too!

    Bloomin' heck TG - 12!!!

I can just about manage 8 between two shops - you're a star!

I'd be going gozzy trying to keep up with 12..............

I've got a couple of time saving techniques which seem to work for me very nicely!!

For a start I don't print the lists out at all! I copy the lists to that snazzy SimpleNote app on my iPhone, so I can either type a "Y" if the price is correct, or type the new price in if it's not, much easier, and not as obvious as writing on lists either!!

I also create a "master" list where I list the departments and which lists are covered by them - eg SALAD 64,65,66 MEDICINE 66,67,68, ICECREAM 61,62,63,64,65 etc, and keep referring to that, otherwise I'd be dashing back and forth across the shop all day!! It takes about half an hour the night before to set it all up but by golly it saves me time in store!!!

Oh, and my one BIG tip - is make sure Spikey gets all the booze on her lists, so the security guard watches her and not me, LOL!!!!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Me neither! I'm guessing they're customer calls and it depends on your Census answers....

Well that's random, I've got the email from GAP about the Pizza and chicken jobs being released, however when I log on theres no pizza and chicken listed, and when I search for the assignment numbers listed in the email it says they're not valid.

    That's a great tip!

I have some of them down to a fine art now as I've done so many - but I still couldn't manage 12!!

I've got the HTC Desire phone, & have been trying to find an app similar to yours - I know you've mentioned SimpleNote before.

I hate doing the drinks lists as it's like "me & my shadow" with the security guard!

Come up & do mine too Spikey!

Also, because I'm in the middle of that "Mega" project (500+ items to buy), that I do a few times a year - they are two of the 8 stores I have to cover with that - so the next day I've been in wearing a business suit - with my little letter & all quite open & above board - and the guy looks at me & thinks "Hmm, maybe she's not a shoplifter after all.....:D
