    I had trouble with that. tried quite a few times over 2 weeks and never loaded the page. Was going to give them a bell when i thought one last try and it worked.:p

    I've a few quick questions, please don't bite my head off. If I come across really thick, just ignore me.

    GLASSES - TERN : Has anyone sent theirs back yet? Will it be safe to send sunglasses in a cloth pouch in a bubble wrap envelope? Just thought I would ask first if anyone else has experienced this before and may help others who have done this kinda visit. Otherwise I will contact TERN tomorrow and ask them.

    PHONE CALL - REACT : Tried doing it about 10 times today, the call kept getting cut. Anyone else had this problem? I'm going to have to ask for it to be de-allocated as I can't do it tomorrow.

    Think it's cos they are changing from the old system to Sassie. It's a shame they booted the Area Managers. Used to have chatty conversations about Dr Who with mine :-)

    then go to reference guide on the left hand options
    and then sassie
    its there

    I found the guide, but it won't let me log in, it says I'm not registered :( I'll email TNS and see why not.
