You could ask if the water you are buying is still/sparkling/peach or pear flavoured (because you forgot your glasses and can't see the label properly)
Ask if the water comes in any other sizes that they can get in ie. for water coolers.
Or ask them if its local.
As for the Bread, Can you get this unsliced? Do you do a wholewheat/white version whichever you don't pick up0 -
Is it just me or is RE electrical shops form a BIT long..0

If there is no fee for the visit the tax man will say that you did the visit for the benefit and so you will have to pay tax on the reimbursement. I won't take any visits that don't pay a fee solely for that reason.0

Has anyone else not received this email? I think I may be having email issues but it's difficult to tell...
I never got the Amber arch email either but not sure why not because I usually get one0 -

If they don't say, then I would assume it is ok to return items.
May lead you into a tax muddle though. In your accounts, you'll have say £5 reimbursement and £5 expenses. If you take the item back, you'll have to knock the £5 from your expenses and the reimbursement becomes taxable income (I think!).Angelfeathers wrote: »Okay, I have an RE shop tomorrow where I have to buy bread and water and ask a product-related question. Am racking my brains trying to think of *anything* I can ask! Any ideas?
Ask if they have anything else suitable for prisioners :rotfl:
I would ask for a different style of loaf - does this come in wholemeal? Or a different size - pick up a medium and ask if they sell thick sliced. Here I go again on my own....0 -

I got accepted about 3 months ago and never had an email. Finally sent them an email asking why and with 10 mins had one back apologising and the shop list attached,I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!0 -
Comedy Gap breakfast this morning:
Me: Can I get a xxx meal please?
MOS: Sure, would you like a receipt with that?
Supervisor training another MOS at the other end of the counter: ..and if you think they're from Gapbuster ask if they want a receipt starightaway then you'll know
Me: Yes please, I need it for work.
Then the manager went and cleaned the toilets. Well, the report will be glowing, but the really sad thing is this outlet is *always* good, even if i'm not MSing, so they don't *need* to do this.0 -
When I first did MS over 25 years ago, everything was handwritten & that was a right pain.................
Just wanted to say I'm really impressed thay you've been mystery shopping for 25 years. Well done:)happyshopper84 wrote: »question - can i take back stuff that I purchase as part of an assignment if i dont need it? on some it says that you're not allowed to return the item but on others it doesn't say anything - so do i assume i can?
I'd say so. Just be aware that certain things like cd's and video games are generally not returnable anywhere.glitterkandy wrote: »Comedy Gap breakfast this morning:

One of my local branches of that place gives everyone a receipt. They must be doing it to make the mystery shoppers less obvious. I generally just get tea or coffee there and am always given a receipt for it.Total debt 11/1/2011 €5350.65Total debt 12/12/12 €3222.31CrazyClothesChallenge 2013 #006 €34.08/€5000
