If you happen to be in earshot of the manager when you ask for a receipt, you definitely get a floor show. Did one the other night and was served by someone foreign. Unfortunately she did not seem to understand what I meant by a VAT receipt so I had to repeat myself. Unfortunately the manager overheard and rushed to grab my receipt. Next thing, the restaurant is being cleaned from top to toe and as I made my way to the toilets, the manager was there himself mop in hand and cleaning the floor by them. As I left the restaurant, the manager came out and even checked how full the bins were outside. In the meantime, I sped off in my car and tried to hide in the nearby supermarket car park in case he was trying to see my car reg. Don't want my car to be identified for when I do the drive thru jobs.0

I think your right that if you've repeatedly done the same store they would know your face/car from matching it with cctv when they get the report with the time on. But I've been both sides of many a store and never seen a Gapbuster note apart from the reports that are on display for staff. Further more over a 2 hour window, I can't believe the MS is the only person who purchases the standard meal so they wouldn't be sure unless the MS/customer asks for a receipt on order of course...
And no I don't work for Gyp or the Client!!Christmas 2020 £109

Yeah, maybe!
Oh, it's gone now. How boring, they must have realised their mistake. I was quite looking forward to getting a carry out to eat at work!I'm broke, not poor. Poor sounds permanent, broke can be fixed. (Thoroughly Modern Millie)

Check that you're bank details are correct - if they have done this months pay run and your bank details are incorrect or omitted then it will not let you select any more jobs until they are entered.
i think they are entered correctly, i've put everything in
for the bank account number ive put my sort code without spaces or dashes then a dash then my account number. is that right? it wouldnt let me only put my account number :S
and i'd love to know who the company who can't be named are :P PM me someone!!! haha0 -
IF you are rejected from GAP etc. its generally because someone else got the job before you or they want different people for certain jobs especially competitor jobs.0

Yeah, that was me. The order was placed at a customer order display screen/speaker. It's like an intercom thing where you talk to them and there's a screen where they show your order and ask you to confirm, and yeah, it said something about GapBuster.
I went home and cancelled the visit. £5.00 well spent in knowing that the smile would be wiped of the smug barsterds' (deliberate typo) faces when they were shopping the following day, having already thought they'd "spotted" (read: "Been told correctly") who the MSer was.0 -
