Just had a 'failed quality control' from grassroots.

I've never had a report declined before. Gobsmacked.

Gotta check the notes. It says make a size enquiery, if not then b,c,or d.

I made b. from what i can recall it was optional what you asked. I think throwing the whole report out for that is a little unfair if it's correct.

I have just been accepted for my first TNS job - it says work pack sent however I've not been emailed it can someone tell me if they email them or send them by post!?! sorry I'm having a duh day!!! I can't find anything about it on the website

From their FAQs:

"Q. How do I access the reporting link, visit brief and reference questionnaire? (Updated 10/11/09) A. From your My Visits page, click on to the relevant visit and scroll to the bottom of the Visit Details page. Just below the pink 'click here' are two link passwords (numbers) make a note of these, then click into the link, here you enter these numbers to proceed. Do NOT use your personal fieldworker id number and password, each set of numbers are unique to each visit. "

Once you are in you need to tick the I accept t&c bit at the bottom and on next page is the Brief etc.

They don't email. You have to keep an eye on my visits page as if you don't log in and accept within two days they deallocate the job.

When you apply it does usually give an estimated day that work packs will be sent out.

Only query I had was about the shop on the right, which was a new shop so didn't match their records.

log back into the site, go to 'my visits' and its there, click on it, enter code and you scan see the briefing and questionaire

Good luck, these are usually pretty easy to do so an ideal one to start with

Go to tns homepage.
Click on 'my visits', then the job number you are doing (operating company). At the bottom you will see 'reporting link', click here is highlighted in pink, your link id and password are also there. Make a note of them and enter them both when you have 'clicked here.'
