If i look at my account it has 2 proof reading queries deducted. but haven't actually had the queries. do have another though. ringing them in the morning.

I've had two proofing queries raised, one was the receipt they said they couldn't read, but I've had nothing for the other, but it's down for payment so I'm not too bothered.

Was it a Re one? they are querying mine tonight too, and mine is one I have done before too, querying the time.

Yup, wonder if the client doesn't want to pay? They have asked me to re-shop but TBH i CBA (terrible I know)

It would be nice if RE got round to proofreading mine, i've got 22 jobs waiting payment. Never seen them so slow.

I put 3 reports in within the last week, the one they are querying is the last one submitted which shows they don't mark in any form of submission order. Other 2 had earlier dates for completion too.

I had this - I emailed them and had them added back on. I know its only a point but its the principle

I just did a search on Helion within 15 miles of my post code, the first two jobs ever popped up, in Hong Kong ::eek: Just slightly outside of the 15 mile radius :rotfl:

See the thing with these jobs is I'm not really sure who the client is and what they are looking for?!

I just had one set of my usual photos rejected: they asked me to confirm it was the right store (doh!) and that the layout has changed. They say there are extra bays. I have gone over and over and it is clear it's the same store... layout is almost identical to previous months. I do count one extra bay but there are other products in the same aisle so I assume they've shifted things around a bit. Have replied as such... we will see what they say!

They are definitely being more picky this month! Out of the 17 uploads I've had 1 query about less bays than normal (new bbq section), 5 smellys and 3 cold sections (so far) rejected as the resolution was too small.

Oddly enough the low resolution was ok for the crisps??

I have sent a 'Contact us' about deducting points from me tonight. I input the date & time of a visit, proofreading query asked if I had submit the correct time, I replied that I have and have now been deducted two points!

Good luck, one of the RE plebs last month admitted the contact us button has never worked

I'm having a bit of a moment. I've got some petrol jobs allocated & I'll do them in the next couple of days so I'm getting prepared.

Where do I find if they're COCO etc? I know I've seen it in the past but I can't for the life of me see it at the moment. I seem to be going round in circles getting frustrated. I'm sure I've clicked on everything but either I haven't or I'm looking & not seeing.
