The file title when I download them is Audit P1June2010(2) - whereas last weeks purchase scenarios were different.0 -
I'm having a bit of a moment. I've got some petrol jobs allocated & I'll do them in the next couple of days so I'm getting prepared.
Where do I find if they're COCO etc? I know I've seen it in the past but I can't for the life of me see it at the moment. I seem to be going round in circles getting frustrated. I'm sure I've clicked on everything but either I haven't or I'm looking & not seeing.
Open the view/submit and at the top right under the yellow location note is a 'click here to view additional location information'.0 -
See the thing with these jobs is I'm not really sure who the client is and what they are looking for?!
I just had one set of my usual photos rejected: they asked me to confirm it was the right store (doh!) and that the layout has changed. They say there are extra bays. I have gone over and over and it is clear it's the same store... layout is almost identical to previous months. I do count one extra bay but there are other products in the same aisle so I assume they've shifted things around a bit. Have replied as such... we will see what they say!
On a slightly more positive note, I went back to the other store and took half the pics with door open, then tried again with it closed but standing to one side.. they seem OK to me but I guess it's down to the client at the end of the day...
I had this "are you sure you have done the correct store" - er yeh! They are either being mighty picky this time or think we are downright liars! I have had a couple cold ones returned this time, but as yet havent been back to re-do because I want to see what the outcome is on all sections - no point going back 2 or 3 times. Is that what you're doing?0 -

That's a bummer! I had one that day too...not ben vetted yet. I filled it in with error reports and how I felt as a 'genuine customer' so will be a very displeased if mine doesn't get paid!0 -

Thanks. I thought it was something that came up in a pop up but obviously wasn't clicking on the right thing.0 -

:rotfl:
Think they are trying to justify the deduction, after my assignment was cleared for payment they have now raised a different query. The query doesn't even make sense in relation to the question. :mad:0 -

I saw them, plus one that had the correct address in a location I'm going to anway next week. When I submitted the questions, I got an error message saying the job wasn't associated with my account, all the other jobs vanished and I'm not seeing any at all now! Here I go again on my own....0 -
Just saying hello...
...and thanks for the hard work that you've all put into this thread.
I started about four weeks back and it's been fun and hard work some days. I've had a traumatic shop or two in the last two weeks, I didn't realise what it would be like giving mild criticsm for bad shopping experiences. Can I be a little too nice inside? _pale_ I got a little stressed when submitting.
I recently had a doozie at a fastfood where I made the faux pas of sending it back. There was lots to mark down all over the report and the shop queried it. It's important to keep good records isn't it?I've normally got lots of good news for that client too.
Today I had to ask for something a shop wasn't allowed to sell me and the salespeep just freaked out and I got a mouthful of rudeness. - The result was correct: "no sale" but the method left something to desire... I had to be creative to get across the shortcomings while not criticising. I just know that last one is going to be queried.
Anyway, I feel better now. :j

Am pretty sure some others will be too if they are being that picky and I really don't want to have to go back to these stores as they were not close by. If you can see your reflection in the photos I'm pretty sure they will reject them. However, the store do not get to see them, only the research agency.
Try popping a Polaroid sunglasses lens over the camera lens and rotating it until the glare goes. That gives you autofocus problems though.0 -
I have spoken to RE as I had a query supposivly they are WAYYYY behind on proofreading.
But I do feel that there is a certain client that DOESN'T want to pay which is S***TY0
