Left my OH to make the pizza bases for tonight. I went in after his "well" collapsed and the water started going all over the floor. I found a recipe for 2 pizza bases which uses 200g of flour, I asked him how much flour he's used.....1kg! He's attempting to feed an army! He's following the Jamie Oliver recipe which gives 6-8 pizza bases. :wall:

I just know he's going to give me attitude when I turn around and only use a tiny tiny amount of dough for my base. Such a waste.

Can you make the rest up and freeze them for another day? Seems a shame to waste the dough.
Here I go again on my own....

Hi. I've just done my 1st coffee shop on React and I'm sure I haven't remembered ALL the different types of sandwiches that were available. :( I'm pretty certain I know how many different types of sandwiches, low fat, paninis etc there were, but not the exact flavours e.g. chicken salad, cheese and onion. I don't want to get the staff into bother if I can't remember something that was there. Can I put 7 types of sandwiches including chicken salad and cheese and onion? 4 paninis including tuna melt? 4 low fat including tuna mayo and ham salad? Hope this makes sense to somebody, help would be most appreciated.

Full list available on their website.

I used the list on their website too, but just be aware that some of the sandwiches available in the cafes are not on this list. And some on the website were definitely not in the cafes I visited. I'm sure this was discussed a while ago and some people said it was fine just to record the numbers of different types (i.e. 6 paninis (inc. 2 low fat), 3 toasties etc.) without it affecting your score. Maybe someone else could confirm this?

I got myself into a mad panic the first one I did just trying to remember them all! :)

Yeh I think we will be haha. I just didn't want to have to have pizza again so soon. It doesn't fit in with the diet.

Lol yeh! He just came in exclaiming that "IT'S GROWING". Don't think he expected that much dough either lol.

Grassroots is still producing error messages for me. Don't think I'll be doing my reports tonight.

Cheeky is correct: you don't have to list all the flavours on display in your report. I have been doing these for years, and was told at the outset, that it is only number of varieties/number of low fat varieties that is needed. I have only ever done them this way. Clearly it is OK still, because I have reports with full rating.

No way could I possibly remember up to 15-ish different sandwich varieties, anyway!!!

I've got issues with GR as well. I can log in and do the report fine, enter an answer, quick check of my notes & I'm times out. I've only got 1 report to do, but it's 70+ answers long. At least all my other reports are done.

Glad it's not just me then! Exactly the same problem.

Thanks to everyone for their help and advice. I looked on website but could still not be certain I would get the varieties correct so I'm going with so many sandwiches, so many paninis etc. I'm pretty certain I got the figures correct for that. I'll just pop that into the report (I've done everything else) and I can settle down for the World Cup.:) Cheers everybody:beer:
