Urgh, I did my betting one, and now I wish it had been busy. The place was dead, and there was no way I could stretch it out to the 15 mins required without looking obvious.
Moving onto a better place...Ciao
  • Not happy today as I have just had a call from my Credit Card company to say they have cancelled my card and are issuing me a new one due to fraud on my account !.

The 'Fraud' I suspect as that I did 4 purchases and refunds last week and nothing else on the card !, 3 for a high street catalogue store and 1 for a shoe shop, the 3 were for the same amount in each £27.99.

They did not say it was that, and I tried to explain but she was from abroad and did not seem to understand, so have emailed them to ask them to put a note on my account to say that Purchases and Refunds would be normal for me.

I think it future I will just take the money out of the bank, do the purchases and refunds and then put the money back in !.

Are there different scenarios for the betting? My briefing involved a coupon but the questionnaire didnt really match the scenario I had done. Had to put in comments to some of the questions saying 'As per the briefing.....'.

Had a look at a job that's still sitting and there were different scenarios. My questionnaire was better suited for the correct score than the scenario I had.

I think it is fair to say that the briefing notes aren't very good and I suspect the questionnaire has been put together in a hurry. A minimum of 20 characters for a name?!!! I expect it also highlights that what is happening in the shops isn't quite what the client's Head Office were expecting.

My briefing said to collect one of every coupon because I'd need them for the questionnaire. So I came out with half the rainforest in my bag, and not one single question about them.

They have major issues with this assignment. Yesterday, my 3 disappeared from my account so I rang them up. As soon as I said I had a problem, she said "Don't tell me, ***!"

There was a discrepancy between the assignment notes and the questionnaire apparently, and I still don't think they got it right because I did 2 different questionnaires yesterday afternoon!
Even if you are a minority of one, the truth is the truth.

Hi. I've just done my 1st coffee shop on React and I'm sure I haven't remembered ALL the different types of sandwiches that were available. :( I'm pretty certain I know how many different types of sandwiches, low fat, paninis etc there were, but not the exact flavours e.g. chicken salad, cheese and onion. I don't want to get the staff into bother if I can't remember something that was there. Can I put 7 types of sandwiches including chicken salad and cheese and onion? 4 paninis including tuna melt? 4 low fat including tuna mayo and ham salad? Hope this makes sense to somebody, help would be most appreciated.

I also collected coupons as instructed and then there were no questions on them.

I misread the brief and thought it was enquire about the bet in the window and then put a correct score bet of your choice on, so that's what I did.

It was only when I filled in the reports that I realised I should have put the bet on the match in the window :o

I've submitted them anyway but I guess I'll not get paid for them all. Hope one of the bets wins to cover the losses doing the jobs.
Here I go again on my own....
