I'm confused. Thought that OC assignments were offered to people and if you couldn't do it, it would be offered to another. However, last two times I've had an email offering an assignment, by the time I've logged on (within half an hour of the email) the assignment has already been taken. Are they fff now? Or have they always been?

Regarding Gapbuster, do you have to do the orientation for every type of shop? I am not interested in doing burgers, but I've done the fuel, chicken and parcel posting orientation (as well as the main orientation), but nothing ever come up for me. Are they waiting for me to do all the other training things?

(If I don't answer or thank you straight away it's because I'm dashing off out to work now, but I will catch up on the thread later).

It's probably more to do with there only being burgers available. Although in all honesty I'd recommend doing the orientation for the burgers. They are gyps baby so if they have a shopper who refuses to do them they may decide to sack you.

I don't think there is any rhyme or reason to the sackings, but I would recommend doing the odd one burger every few months to keep in their good books. They also keep a lot of the good shops such as fuel back for bribes to get you to do burgers. So if you don't do any burgers you may struggle to find any jobs on there.

Has anyone done a mobile phone shop for GR? It says to complete the questionnaire immediately after you leave the store. I assume that means I need to take it with me and not just do it when I get home?
