Rest of the morning turned into a complete nightmare - the staff were on the whole thick and couldn't be bothered to help customers
What ever happened to customer service in this country?:(
This is why i enjoy mystery shopping - its not about getting people in trouble it's about raising the standards of service that customers are entitled to! I did a garage two weeks ago where there was none of the promotional material that should have been and the member of staff could barely manage a grunt...went back today as a proper customer and the was promotional material everywhere and the girl at the checkout was super friendly and even made conversation! I love it when it works :D

Anyway OS content is negligble today and i'm off work now til Tuesday :j have a couple of MS jobs to do but nothing major.

DH has gone for a workout and we're going to have a takeaway when he gets in later....I also feel the need for wine but will have to wait until one or both of the twins come in so I can nip out.

    Traaaaaaaaaaaa :D

Evening all. Just had to re-write my to-do list for the weekend, as I ran out of room on the original bit of paper! Somehow whenever I have days to myself with no work or seeing anyone, I end up filling them with loads of jobs.

Planning a bit of a baking day Sunday though, quite looking forward to it really :)

    Evening everyone

A very late one from me. Have been mia again, have been reading just not alot of os for me lately.

Went to visit schools last monday, I have decided on the village school, but have to go through SEN dept at the local council who will do paperwork etc but need info from the Local education authority where I am now so they can start everything happening in time for Sept.

I am trying to make sure everything is sorted for my wedding in July, sorting fittings, checking replies to invites, etc etc. Also trying to pack up house as will be moving end July. Argh too much to do, not enough time left.

Hugs to anyone that needs one, espcially anyone under the weather or feeling low. Will hopefully post a bit earlier tomorrow.

    Lynne

PS As another os poster said "I shall turn the light off on my way out"
