Beware of Travelocity-Customer service meltdown!

Quick warning for the others on this website
All Travelocity flights which have been booked over the last 2 weeks have run into a backlog with tickets not being issued despite payment being taken.
Unfortunately Im one of the casualties with a ticket which was booked earlier not been issued and now i have to rebook again!!
Apparently the Delhi/India call centre is not able to manage with the increased number of calls and it seems that the backlog will take atleast a month to resolve itself(according to a frustrated call centre employee!)
