Not possible to give advice without knowing your exchange-broadband is exchange spoecific
You need a BT line in order to get any form of ADSL broadband.

The only ways you can get broadband without paying for a phone line are to get VM cable (but not taking the phone only saves you about £2 a month) or mobile broadband which has low download alowances and rubbish speeds in many locations.

If you don't use the phone why are you paying for calls anytime? BT broadband is both expensive and one of the worst ADSL products it is possible to buy.

You would do much better to look at your LLU options on samknows as advised above.
You are currently paying maybe 3 times as much as you need to (depending on your LLU options).
