highet wrote:finally managed to get this years rebate after writing to them with copy of original sign uo and t+c's - got a nice call from cs apologising for delay and sure enough in account today - their explanation for delay was - they pay rebate at end month 13 after you have been with them for complete year so i sign in june and got rebate july in year 1 - they then count 13 months from previous rebate and pay next ie august in year 2 then sept in year 3 and so on -seems like a 13 month rebate to me and not annual
If I was you I'd be looking at those T&c's very carefully, and report them to the trading standards and energywatch.0
