My wife had this hassle with lloyds when she lost hers,

They first declined the claim saying that she couldnt explain how or where she lost it (in pocket on min gone the next) lets face it if she knew how and where she lost it, it wouldnt be lost would it :rotfl:

threatened them with the ombudsman 2 days later claime was approved, 4 days later replacement phone provided just keep pestering them.
