    Im on Eon anyway (until i pay my bill that is!) and I had a awful woman dealing with me a few months back. I suffer with depression and told her i was struggling with the bills and id been having a bad time etc. her response? 'you still have to pay your bills'. hmm ill remember that next time im on the brink of ending it all....

    once ive settled my bill ill be going elsewhere. i appreciate that i do owe them money cant say eons the first thing on my mind when my depression is that bad - i want someone that has customer service not robots answering the phone
