Virgin media taking the P with mailings!

We seem to get 2 or 3 mailings a week from virgin for their tv and broadband service.... and once a record 4 mailings in one week! Is this happening to anybody else? We do NOT want Virgin, and never have wanted/enquired about it or subscribed to it. We have contacted them about it and complained but we still keep getting mailings. Is there anything that can be done about this? :mad:

I get loads despite them telling me they can't provide me with a service as when they laid the cables on my street they stopped two houses before the end, I guess they ran out of cable?! You'd expect a big company like that to take a customer off the list promoting their service when they can't provide it. What a waste of paper!

i get loads too. was 3 or 4 times a week at one point.

when i try to sign up my address doesnt show, and they send a spotter, then i hear no more!

It's even more frustrating when you already have their services. I wonder how much of my monthly subscription goes on sending me mail advertising the services that I already have?

I reckon Sky hold the record for mail shots and advertising. You can't get away from it!

Virgin kept writing to my father after he passed away, depsite me telling them numerous times.

It was very upsetting. In the end I googled the managing directors email and mailed him. They stopped soon after that. I think the email address was on digital spy forums.
