It really frustrates me that most offers are for new customers only. Having been a sky customer for 14 years we have had to cancel due to our mortgage trebling. I know that some customers have had offers given when they have threatened to cancel but all the lady I spoke to could suggest was losing some channels. While, yes, this was an option, I can't believe after 14 years and God knows how much money, I was not a valuable enough customer to try and keep. At the moment, much to my kids annoyance, we only have freeview, and looks like that's all we'll be having for the forseeable future. Does anyone else find Sky are so busy trying to secure new customers, they often forget about the ones they already have.:mad:If you always do what you've always done...
