need Euros ...

Off to Munich in a couple of weeks for a short break & it's 5 yrs since I was last abroad so slightly out of touch with the best way to do things!

Any advice/tips?

I will have a barclaycard with me for emergencies, but obv they charge fees for Euro transactions so it won't be used unless needed!

    Nationwide is all you need.

Remember to say No at the cashpoint when asked if you would like to accept the displayed rate. This means you'll get the Visa rate which will be better for you.
