Anyone with Virgin mail will notice their webmail has changed recently.
I checked my email earlier using the webmail. (I have Outlook Express at home). I noticed that in the spam folder there was at least 20 emails that didnt appear on my outlook express. 1 email was very important and wasnt spam. Can I change what goes into the spam folder?

Loved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!

I've just moved to VM and started looking at email, webspace etc. although I'll probably not bother using either.
The VM webmail I have is in fact google mail and I'm guessing that yours is too now.
There are two things which you can do...
Use the checkbox to the left of the email concerned in your spam folder to mark it and click the "Not Spam" button.
To make doubly sure open the email and click the small "create a filter" link. Enter the sender email and click next where you will see the option "Never sent to spam"
Google is pretty good at distinguishing between spam and wanted emails but it will pay you to keep an eye on the spam folder until you are sure you can trust it.
If you ever buy penis enlargement pills be sure to retrieve your receipt from spam within 30 days or it will be deleted
