Free Texts from your PC!!
Ok folks, firstly, yes this is another free online sms service, but it has some pretty cool differences, so please read on.
The main (and best) difference from similar services is that you can choose to send the text 'as if' it has come from your phone, so the other person simply receives a text from your own mobile number. It also allows you to have a simple phone book within your account, so you can recall past numbers. Finally, it doesn't seem to have a limit to the number of texts you can send! Registration takes 2 minutes and is free!
Once you've written the text you have to click on an ad banner to send it, and thus far I have found it very fast and reliable. It has cut my texting cost by half as quite often I send texts to people whilst I am sitting next to a computer!
