Dumping V1rgin for Sky...Best deals for new customers?

Hi all, I've been an avid lurker, but here goes one of my few posts....

I'm trying to find a good sky deal for my parents, who've been loyal to virgin for the past 4+ years. Hoping to get:

FREE sky HD+ box
FREE installation

Sky TV;
Variety, Knowledge, Music, News & Events, Style & Culture packs and SkySprts1

Sky Broadband & Talk;
Broadband Base... FREE
Talk Freetime... FREE

Anyone got a similar (cheap) package?
Their budget is £30p/m, but I'm willing to subsidise an extra £10 p/m (im a skint student, so trying to get them the very best deal)
