    I'm okay. No pain - a little bit of irritation. Feel like a complete fool walking round with a bandage over my eye, like the North East's very own version of Pudsey Bear.

    Still putting drops in every two hours.
    When I lift the pad the eyesight is looking pretty good.

    I'm hoping it's all okay as I have a weekend planned with a man (a particular one, not just a random one I've picked off the street!)
