Got some M&S vouchers £300 last week and went to one of the stores
to look at their Tv's, picked out a Sony 40" 503 with WiFi £899, with 5yrs
gaurantee, they
have a trade in upto £150 max for your old tv if you spend over £1000,
my trade in would ger me £100 plus my £300 vouchers would bring the
price down by allmost half good, until i googled it and found it on Amazon
and another shop
for £749( no 5yr gaurantee, that would be an extra ),
As i want to get rid of my vouchers an old tv do you think m&s would drop the price
i have never bartered in a high st shop before,so i am unsure how to go about it,if atall.
Thank's for any assistance.

I doubt if M&S would barter; John Lewis has a 'never knowingly undersold' promise, but that does not help you.
M&S vouchers are always in demand and are tradeable for a huge percentage of their face value on auction sites, so that you may wish to sell them and use the proceeds towards a television elsewhere. My recommendations are well known on this forum: John Lewis or Richer Sounds.RIP independent MSE.
