hi, how did you get the refund. because my bank says they can't help with this case, and ask me try to solve with trading standards.

I sent Euro.com a email saying i will report them to trading standards office and also to my credit card ,i soon got a reply back saying they will refund me !! But you paid by bank card, you may have a problem then ?. but give it a go !! Good luck !!:)

I bought a graphics card from then on 5-9-10 and to date (29-9-10) havn't recived anything and havn't had a reply to any emails.

Paid by credit card and will contact them in the morrning about it.

These guys should be stoped from trading though if there this bad, I am not the first!

I would do it now ,not in the morning, you have waited long enough ? Yes they should be stopped it's not right what they are doing !!

Just very surprised to read some of these posts as my order was with me in about a week with the postie but they were a bit funny about shipping it to my works address though. I saved a good few quid as well just glad that the courier did not mash my box up like the guy who recived two damaged HiFi's:money:

Excellent product! Ordered early to be safe for Christmas, but it came in plenty of time. Website was fairly easy to use. But the best part - price was very reasonable.
