Has anyone had any difficulties with this company?
I ordered a CD/Radio from them on 19th March 2010. They then sent 2 damaged units (packaging appeared undamaged) which I returned and then requested a refund. I've been waiting now since 17th April 2010.
They've sent me one email since saying they've launched an investigation but I don't see why that's delaying my refund! They've ignored 2 more emails from me so far, including one in which I quoted their own policy and the Sale Of Goods Act (1979) to support my position.
Any ideas?

I'd be surprised if your player turned up, bluerobin. I just hope that you paid by credit card.0 -
I'd never use some random site that nobody has ever heard of! Use the well-known retailers like Amazon if you want to buy something online. That Comeuro site looks dodgy.0

I Recieved a reply over week-end from them saying they can't locate my order, so i replied back in that case refund me back to my credit card or i will report you to trading standards office and my card, they have since issued me with a full refund, my advice stay clear of them in future !!.Just Thought i would let you guy's know the outcome !!:money:bluerobin6969 wrote: »Hi, Well i have ordered a lg external blu-ray player last week and had no updates from them yet about delivery ? so im very concerned !!0 -
