Credit Bill from 3 - more problems

Has anyone, after managing to escape from a three contract received a credit bill??

The so-called advisor (india - obviously!) said it was system generated and not wrong, but no, they did not owe me the money.

I have never came across such an incompetant company. They have cancelled my DD, but have said they do not owe me the money??

In my reasoning, either the bill is correct or wrong. It cannot be in between.
The advisor (as expected) did not understand this.

Anyone had this problem from three before??

After this, I am taking all my complaints to OFCom. I am so glad to have escaped from them!!

yes I have an outstanding issue from the begining of the last contract, someone had put me one text 750 and they send a monsterous bill and debited it, they then agreed an amount with me (I have the emails) which meant they shouldn't have drawn anything for 4 months but started at month 3 again!
someone reported they had sued three and three just paid which if instead of writing to OFCom you write a CC summons (adding a reasonable amount for your time trying to reslove the problem with cs india) I'm sure they'll just pay, since it's hard to defend the undefendable
