BUT ... I now have a demented male blackbird nearly knocking himself out against it as he obviously thinks he is someone else -trying to invade his territory:eek: He just keeps coming back and wont quit.
So maybe mirrors in the garden arent such a good idea after all. I am going to have to put it back inside:(
You say it's a male blackbird ? Are you certain ?
If it's looking in the mirror that much it's probably a woman.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

I sat on my garden seat today. The wood cracked and I went through it. I've been meaning to replace it for a couple of years.
Has anyone got any ideas on a suitable alternative?
Much obliged!

I have a willow seat which is a metal frame with woven willow twigs and the twigs are now falling to pieces - can anyone advise about re-weaving it - do I just use any old willow twigs or do they need treating in some way? The seat doesn't really get sat on much but it would be nice to make it look good again.Nice to save.0
