Vodafone Web Relations Team

Just wondered if anybody else had problems contacting Vodafone Web Relations Team. I spoke to them at the end of last month about a really good deal on the HTC Tattoo / Legend. I have now have my PAC code and am ready to move but despite sending them a couple of emails and leaving several messages for them to phone me back I haven't heard further from them.
Has anybody else experienced this? and if so did you manage to resolve it? I am also wondering whether moving to Vodafone is a good idea if this is their usual level of service.

The web relations team is the best CS available in Vodafone, although as the name dictates the best way to contact them is via Email not phone.
If you want better CS personally I found Orange better (although some will disagree), and 02, Three to be the same or worse than Vodafone.
In reality you want signal coverage, as you rarely need to deal with CS.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
The 'Web Relations Team' are only around to limit damage to Vodafone, not because they care.
However, if you use the Vodafone eForum, you are more likely to get someone who actually cares to help you.0 -
Thanks for your reponses.
