HTC HD2 Headset

Hi There, I wonder if anyone else has this problem and has a solution? I have an HTC HD2 which I love and have put quite a bit of music onto the mp3 player, my problem is that the headset supplied is too big for my ears and the earpieces just keep falling out! I know this is probably down to my having freakishly dainty ears, I had the same problem with a previous Sony Ericsson but it had an adaptor with the phone controls and microphone on it which you could just plug regular in-ear headphones into. Does anyone know if it is possible to get one of these adaptors for this phone, it just has a regular headphone jack, so no unusual plug and socket. Thanks for any advice.
