Everyone in agreement then, Me?, I'd top it up every time I'd run 20/30 miles. The lower the dilution the better.

Isn't it about time someone came up with a system to prevent this/ even if only some American female shouting "diesel, diesel" or "petrol, petrol", when you activate the pump?

Oh I forgot, that would derive the recovery services of their most lucrative market, ;);)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

A couple of litres in the tank won't do any harm at all, just carry on as normal.

Some Ford cars e.g Mondeo, have mis-fuelling prevention fitted as standard.

One of the car magazines had a Ford on long term test fitted with the anti misfuelling flap... and somehow it didn't work and they managed to fill it up with petrol.

The only mis-fueling I've ever done was grabbing the wrong green coloured pump without thinking............. :rotfl:

I've heard that can be quite damaging to your wallet! I assume you mean one of those sooper dooper high octane performance fuels that some people 'swear' gives their 1.1L saxo's better performance?
