Just joined 3 Can someone tell me about the Free Calls/Texts Please.

I'm a bit confused... I'm on the three talk & text 600 tariff.

Wanted to know the following please about using my 500 free voice minutes and 100 free texts.

1. Calling a three phone is included?
2. Calling a landline is included?
3. Calling another UK mobile network provider is included?

4. Sending texts abroad is included?
5. Sending texts to any UK mobile phone included?

Is there also anyway to monitor how much is remaining/used?

Does it come with instructions? Or a customer service number?

Probably all except the foreign texts, but ask

5. Sending texts to any UK mobile phone included? Yes

Is there also anyway to monitor how much is remaining/used? Yes - dial 333 option 1 option 1 and then option 1 for mins remaining and 2 for texts.

Thanks guys you're Stars! Extremely good news.

One more thing... how do they distinguish between peak & off peak for free minutes. e.g. if I call a mobile in the daytime vs. the evening even though its peak / off peak is only 1 minute taken off? Assuming the call is 1 minute.

Never had free minutes before as I was on a company phone.

Also is the 333 number free?

I have just received my first bill.

All calls at any time to UK landlines or other mobiles are included - however one thing concerned me, namely that video calls are charged at 50 pence each. Also, you appear to be charged for receiving video calls, again at 50 pence. At least that's how I read it. My son is the user of the phone so I would like to ban video calls!

It doesnt matter when you call, there is no concept of peak or off peak with your free mins. Once you have used them all up, then peak/off peak kicks in.

333 number is free. Video calls are a rip off - 50p per min

Even when your free minutes are used up, there is no peak or off-peak for 3 monthly pay tariffs. Voice calls are charged at 5ppm to other 3 phones and 10ppm/15ppm to UK landlines, dependent on whether you are in a 3 video area or not when you make the call. Calls to other UK mobiles are charged at 25ppm.

Also note that voicemail retrieval is inclusive within your free minutes bundle.

If you look at http://www.pre-dial.com/ you'll find a couple of Orange numbers that act as call-through numbers.

International calls from your included minutes as well!

One more thing.. if I don't use a minute say I talked to somebody for 30 sec's is that counted as a minute?..
