The item I wanted (Precleanse) is still more expensive than it was prior to the offer. I am guessing they are assuming people will not check how much it cost previously, and as such, still assuming their customers are stupid!
The simple fact is that they are only responding 'positively' now because they were caught out. I will not be giving them my business, I would rather pay a few pounds more to a more honest retailer.Gone ... or have I?0 -

Or ignores all rules, codes of conduct and lacks integrity.
Are you going to get a refund, under the distance selling regs, from MCD? Trying to advise my friend who bought whilst visiting(no internet). She will now save a few £, but think principles are now her main thought.
Yep, I emailed them yesterday requesting my refund. I have an autoreply, but no actual reply yet. I did not go into details on my email, just a simple 'Please provide a refund for the Dermalogica voucher I ordered on date, reference xxx' ... or something along those lines!Gone ... or have I?0 -

I bought on her behalf, so I'll double check, then wizz a brief email off
It was her first experience of MCD, fair to say she probably will not be using when she gets reconnected!
The point she raised earlier, that I full agree with, is that people will trust the group buying company to assess transparency of the deal and to make sure that the contract between them and the company is water tight and that they are aware there can be no sudden price hikes.
In my mind, MCD are at fault for lack of transparency and price hikes. It has happened not only on the sunglasses, but on the canvases and viagogo. I'm sure I am being cynical, but I can believe that there is a possibility that MCD's sales patter includes putting prices up or using different links with different prices, therefore gaining vast promotion and little cost!
Other than cinema or coffee vouchers, none have been the bargain they pretend to be!0 -
Wantthelook prices HAVE NOT gone back to what they were on 17th May! I am still trying to get my money back from MyCityDeal having emailed them at their "support@" email address.0

I''ve been trying to order but can't seem to see where I should put the code in! I just get the option to put my credit card details in and I obviously don't want to pay the full price without the £15 discount. I emailed them a few days ago but have not had a reply. Can anyone help please?3 stone down, 3 more to go0

I could be wrong but I think these are daily deals- they appear one day and are only on for one day- the offer you buy when you buy it may be able to be used for several months, but you can only buy it on the one day its up there.0 -

If you already have the code, I think you input on the first page you see at least that was the case with the sunglasses0 -

I did buy the deal on the day but I was trying to buy goods on wantthelook.co.uk and was having diffiiculty finding where to input the voucher code. I found it last night so don't know why I couldn't find it previously!
Thanks anyway.3 stone down, 3 more to go0 -
