Theres someone around that can check companies out. I'll see if I can find them.0 -
The only thing I can see is that Wantthelook and Mycitydeals are both registered in Germany.0
-
I've checked the details and they are not owned by the same people, however that is not to say that they are not somehow connected.
I did notice that one has the same accountant as my ex ... He is now bankrupt!Gone ... or have I?0 -
MyCityDeal is backed by two key investors, Germany's Holtzbrinck Ventures and the Samwer Brother's Rocket Internet.

"1. The price was increased on some some glasses - this is out of order in my view
2. My City Deals contract states companies cant do this ..."

Today wantthelook have brought their prices down a little - the active moist mentioned earlier in this blog is now £22.02 not the £24.61 that it was yesterday.
The question is do I ask MyCityDeal to refund the £4 or do I reluctantly give Wanthelook my business??0 -
Both Oliver and Jemima from wantthelook and mycitydeals respectively have replied to the post and put forward a solution (which I see most of you have already sussed!).
